Introduction to Our Services
Mother offers three service plans for our clients. It's pretty simple really. You pay a flat, monthly fee and we handle all of your IT needs. While the plans differ slightly in scope, every client receives three basic benefits: help desk, 24/7 monitoring, and a personal CTO.
Mother's Three Basic (but delightful) Benefits
Help Desk: A personable, friendly team just waiting to answer your questions and fix your IT issues. The help desk is open during business hours and after hours for emergencies. Our help desk pros are trained and certified to handle issues of all difficulties. But even more than that - they're really nice people! Our help desk pros are regularly complimented on their ability to speak "non-geek" and handle problems quickly.
24/7 Monitoring: It's scary, but true. Without solid and consistent IT help, your systems can go down at anytime. But never fear, Mother is here. We watch our clients' systems constantly, and handle all the regular updates and patches to keep things running smoothly.
Personal CTO: Just because you're a smaller company doesn't mean you don't need (and deserve) a Chief Technology Officer. With Mother, you get one. All our clients have a designated CTO who will help handle the bigger issues and make sure your technology is working to meet your strategic goals.

Mother offers three plans for our clients (silver, gold, platinum). While each will provide you with expert IT help for a good value, each company has different IT requirements. Once we assess your IT needs, we can help you think through which plan is right for you. We'll first perform a thorough, 81-point (yes, there really are 81 points) assessment to help us understand your current IT systems. We'll give you this report and discuss our recommendations, and then decide if Mother is the best fit for your company.

Beyond the Basic
- Repair and Recover
Sometimes things happen. Bad things. To you and your IT. Mother is there for you (often before you even know what happened). We'll get your systems up and running in no time, and then help develop a plan to make sure it never happens again.

We monitor our clients' systems 24/7 with powerful, accurate tools. So there is never a moment we aren't watching. If something goes wrong, we will be there. With Mother, you can focus on your job and not worry about what "might" happen. Mother is there for all of IT's "what ifs."
- Lost Data
What happens if you lose data? Does your business lose time or money? If it was the right piece of data, could it bring your business down? Mother knows your data is important, and we will help you develop a system for backups, and then monitor them to make sure they never fail.

It's not a newsflash. We all know there are viruses running around, ready to take your system down. But surely you're protected right? Maybe not. Be sure with Mother. We regularly run checks, updates and patches to ensure your system is protected against all the dangers lurking in cyberspace.

The funny thing about backups is, you have to do them. And you have to do them right. But you have a business to run, when are you going to have time to ensure your backups are running correctly? Mother will help you design a plan for your backups, and then monitor them to make sure they happen.
